“I’ve been obsessed with finding magic in the mundane and discovering simple joys that ground me in the present, deepening my connection with myself and others. For example, I started watching hawks fly outside my window while sitting in the bath after applying a face mask. I want to share this with you,” Pinkett Smith wrote.
